Here I am.
I feel unprepared.
My ducks are not lined up.
In fact, my ducks are MIA but I’m trying to rally those puppies up so I can follow my inner voice stalking me like a mozzie that just won’t give up.
And my inner mozzie is telling me to be a soul, eco and LGBTIQA+ advocate and activist.
To be a voice for those who can’t be a voice for themselves.
To rally against what feels wrong deep in my bones.
And to help write a new story – where all humans thrive, in harmony with our beautiful mamma earth home.
I feel I’m here to advocate for our right to live from our souls, in a way that’s meaningful.
To live our truest, most expansive, most fulfilling version of life. In eight billion techni-coloured flavours.
I have no idea what your flavour will be.
I would never pretend to know what’s right for you.
But by hook or by crook, I will fight for your right to live your own version of life.
I will fight for any LGBTIQA+ community member’s right to not be killed or jailed for existing.
I will fight for our right for compassionate political leaders, leading us with honour and integrity.
And I will fight for mumma earth and our plant & animal siblings – for their right to be valued and respected, alongside us.
I have a plan.
It’s loose AF and my whiteboard is on overdrive as I nut out how I’m gonna do my bit.
My one tiny bit.
I may fail.
I may get haters.
But if I don’t at least turn up, if I don’t at least try, I can’t live with myself any more.
From the deep, terrified waters within, a voice is howling:
DO SOMETHING!
So – here is one tiny step.
Typing my intention out into the world so that it be known.
So that aligned souls can find me and we can become a force of good to be reckoned with.
Here, I’ll share my journey and ideas on how we can do this together.
In imperfect, excited steps.
And here I’ll do all I can to support you in living your truest version of life – with rainbow unicorn sparkles shooting out your nose.
And so – it begins.
With one tiny imperfect step.
